HOSA participants grant permission, through the photo release form, for Colorado HOSA to use photos taken during the year for use on the Colorado HOSA website or in publications. Colorado HOSA will remove any picture on the web or in a publication upon written request of the student in the photo. Personal addresses and phone numbers of students are never used on this website. NOTE: Any student who is subjected to harassment due to the publishing of photos should contact HOSA State Advisor Linsay Santala, 720-858-2752.
